Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and payment secures that reserved time. Please review the following policies carefully. 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited. The prepaid session will not be refunded or credited. LATE ARRIVALS Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Missed time cannot be extended, refunded, or credited. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not attend their scheduled session and do not provide notice will forfeit the prepaid session. No refunds or credits will be issued. REPEATED LATE CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS Clients with repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may lose the ability to book future sessions or may be required to follow stricter scheduling requirements. EMERGENCIES True emergencies (illness, injury, or family emergency, inclement weather) may be considered for a one-time courtesy reschedule at the discretion of the coach. Documentation may be requested when appropriate. HOW TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by text at 313-704-0065.
